The more you pay the higher you will climb up the paid results listing.

It was found that for sponsored listings the most traffic came from just the top two or three results. Therefore, if you are not in the top two or three you are probably wasting your money on that keyword.

If you choose to go for a sponsored listing with your business at home, you must pay enough to get to the top two or three. If not, find specific keywords that are searched frequently but do not have too much traffic. This will help you climb to within the top three or four listings and generate more traffic to your site.
