3. Benefits Like Health Insurance

Along with the money a job gives you another thing to keep in mind is benefits. We are talking about vacation and sick days, health insurance, retirement plan, life insurance. etc. These are not things to take lightly in these days and times.

When you look at how much you earn at your present job you have to factor in some money for the cost of benefits. If you quit now you get to pay for these things out of your own pocket and it is not cheap.
